I’m a prairie girl with a passion for helping newcomers reach their professional goals through language and training. How do I do this? By partnering with North American companies to design and deliver customized, on-demand, in-house language training that give newcomers both the language and practical skills they need to succeed. The reality is that there will never be enough government funding to support all the language and training newcomers need. If workplaces want to get ahead, they need to build proactive structures that attract, support, and retain newcomer talent.
